Hutchinson Police Services reported the following incidents:

OCT. 5: At 8:38 a.m., a suspicious vehicle was reported on the 300 block of Grove Street Southwest. An officer approached an idling vehicle in which two people were sleeping. When asked for a license, a female occupying the driver seat said she did not have one but had not been driving the vehicle. The pair said they were waiting for a friend. The officer identified the other passenger as Benjamin Keith Berry, 32, of Cokato, who was arrested on warrants from Meeker and Rice counties. The outstanding warrants were for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance in Rice and fourth-degree possession, fifth-degree possession and DWI in Meeker.

At 12:23 p.m., a crash was reported on the 1600 block of Roberts Road. Andrew Stengel of Pennock was driving a 2014 Chevrolet when the rear passenger-side door collided with a fire hydrant. No citations were issued.

At 4:23 p.m., a crash was reported at Jefferson Street and First Avenue South. Michelle Inselmann, of Hutchinson, was driving a 2008 Chrysler while crossing the intersection. Mary Dobbs, of Hutchinson, was driving a 1999 Ford when her vehicle collided with Inselmann's. Inselmann was cited for failure to yield to traffic.

At 10:57 p.m., a disturbance was reported at Custom Stay Residence and Suites. An employee told officers of a disorderly patron. Officers told Joel Edward Fesler, 58, from Keokuk, Iowa, he needed to leave, at which point Fesler yelled at the officers. He was arrested, cited for disorderly conduct and taken to McLeod County Jail.

OCT. 7: At 10:52 a.m., a warrant arrest was made at Custom Stay Residence and Suites. When officers arrived to tell disorderly tenants to vacate, an officer recognized Maria Jenoveva Torres, 42, of Hutchinson, who was staying with Pedro Juarez, 41, of Hutchinson, and multiple family members. Juarez denied his identity, but officers confirmed his identity with a booking photo. Juarez was then arrested on a domestic assault warrant from McLeod County. Torres was arrested for a warrant for driving after cancellation of her license.

OCT. 8: At 4:28 a.m., Willmar police requested help in locating Skylar Thomas Dahlheimer, 19, of Silver Lake, on domestic assault charges. The suspect was located on the first block of Glen Street Northwest. He was placed under arrest and taken to the Willmar Police Department.

At 11:14 p.m., property damage was reported at the Hutchinson VFW. When leaving work, the reporting individual said she found the front driver-side window of her 1992 Cadillac broken out. The estimated cost is $100. Nothing was found missing from the vehicle, and there are no suspects.

OCT. 9: At 3:25 p.m., theft was reported at Liquor Hutch and Shopko. An officer was dispatched to Liqour Hutch on a suspicious person report. The person had left and ridden his bike to Shopko. Officers were called to Shopko for a disruptive customer and found Richard Anthony Mouneu, 36, of Hutchinson, had stolen several bottles of alcohol valued at $84 from Liquor Hutch and had attempted to steal clothing valued at $314 from Shopko. Mouneu was placed under arrest for theft and for outstanding warrants from Rice and Dakota counties for failure to appear for a theft pre-trial and failure to appear in court for theft, respectively.
