At the first Homecoming Day pep fest in the newly renovated Hutchinson High School, crowds of students, parents and community members packed into the new gym to see a coronation.
Josiah Nelson was crowned Homecoming King.
Bella Maher was crowned Homecoming Queen.
Daniel Van De Steeg was crowned Homecoming Prince.
And Elizabeth Wortz was crowned Homecoming Princess.
The ceremony was preceeded by a season update from fall sports, activites and clubs, a game of musical chairs by the Homecoming Court, and a tug of war with teams comprised of the Homecoming Court and Special Olympics athletes.
