What do you think of the Hutchinson Public Arts Commission's plan for pillars along Main Street?
As part of the Main Street 2020 reconstruction project, the Hutchinson Public Arts Commission plans to create four artistic pillars along Main Street that would include plaques telling about the city's past. The cost of the pillars would be about $75,000, and the funds have already been allocated as part of the project's budget. Do you think this is a good project for the funds?
