A Hutchinson man had non-life threatening injuries following a crash Thursday night near Lafayette.
According to Minnesota State Patrol, Richard James Olson, 49, of Hutchinson was driving a GMC westbound on Nicollet County Road 1 when he slid through a stop sign at the intersection with State Highway 15. He collided with a 2014 Freightliner Columbia G driven by Anthony Louis Robinson, 34, of Milbank, South Dakota, which was traveling southbound on Highway 15.
Olson was taken to New Ulm Medical Center for treatment.
Other agencies reporting included Lafayette Fire and Rescue, Lafayette Ambulance and the Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office. Road conditions were snowy and icy according to the report.
