US: 3 Dead As Pacific Northwest Storm Blankets Parts Of Oregon In Ice 2

An ice storm gripped Oregon, sending freezing rain across the state as frigid weather hit the Pacific Northwest early this week. The storm caused power outages affecting tens of thousands of residents, forced road closures, and downed trees and power lines. Three died, and an infant was injured after a tree fell on their car in Portland on Wednesday, according to reports. This video shows a car covered in ice in Portland on Wednesday morning.
