The Hutchinson Area Women of Today, or HAWT, will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, for a Random Act of Kindness project, followed by the chapter meeting at 7 p.m. at the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism office, 44 Main St. S. Use the alley entrance door. Guests are always welcome.
HAWT is part of the Minnesota Women of Today and the United States Women of Today. The nonprofit was originally the Mrs. Jaycees of Minnesota, until July, 1985 when it became the Hutchinson Area Women of Today. Although the group pays dues to the state and national organizations, all funds raised go back into the community.
