On the 30th at 12:06 a.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of unsafe conditions on MN Highway 7, Cedar Mills Township. The deputy checked the area and the pedestrian was gone.
On the 30th at 9:48 a.m. the Sheriff's Office assisted the public with standing by for a utility shut off at a residence on US Highway 12, Acton Township.
On the 30th at 9:58 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a driving complaint on US Highway 12, Litchfield Township. A deputy located, stopped, and warned the driver on their conduct.
On the 30th at 11:31 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of a scam attempt at a residence on 545th Avenue, Danielson Township.
On the 30th at 11:55 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a report of suspicious activity near a property on 2nd Street North, Dassel. The cause for concern could not be located.
On the 30th at 3:33 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a driving complaint northbound on County State Aid Highway 1, Litchfield Township. The deputy located the vehicle and arrested, Jesse Owen Peterson, age 43, of Litchfield, for driving under the influence.
On the 30th at 7:14 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a fireworks complaint at a residence on South Jupiter, Cosmos. Upon arrival of the deputy no fireworks were shot off.
On the 30th at 7:18 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a civil activity at a residence on 300th Street, Harvey Township. The deputy advised the individual of their options.
On the 30th at 9:18 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a civil activity at a residence on Linhart Avenue West, Dassel. The deputy advised the individual of their options.
On the 30th at 11:41 p.m. the Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a noise complaint at a residence on 200th Street, Greenleaf Township. Upon arrival of the deputy the four wheeler was gone.
