Should President Trump shut down the government if Congress refuses $5 billion of funding for a border wall?

President Trump has threatened he will not sign a budget bill, and will therefore shut the government down, if Congress does not approve $5 billion to fund construction of a border wall with Mexico. Do you believe the president should stand by his demand or sign a budget bill without $5 billion for the border wall?
