Downtown Hutchinson was the place to be Sunday for the 78th annual Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival Grande Day Parade. The streets were lined with people who came to view this Father's Day tradition. Although the forecast promised rain, nothing more than a light shower fell on the crowd. Although shorter than past years, the restart to the Water Carnival was greatly appreciated.
