Jesus is a foreign exchange student from Spain that
has never officially played tennis. He has played some
matches with his dad and credits watching Roger
Federer on TV for the skills that he has on the court.
Jesus has stepped into our tennis program and had
a very positive impact on our team. He works hard
and is a great teammate for all players. He hopes to
play in our singles line-up and with his attitude and
effort will certainly help us to compete consistently
against the tough teams on our schedule.
Izzy ran in the MSU Showcase meet over
the weekend and took first place in both the
1600 and the 800. She also set meet records
in both events.
1600M - 5:01.08
800M - 2:18.6
We look forward to all she will do this season!
